Rather than buying motion-control shoes which may not be required and may enhance or cause problems get your foot working optimally first with us here at Lifestyles, then go to the specialist running shops and buy a trainer that suits your true foot type.

There is an increasing crossover between some of the knowledge and skills that you would have previously associated with Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Chiropracters etc and that of the health and fitness professional. We as movement therapists for instance, now regularly perform postural assessments and prescribe corrective exercises around these assessments. With this in mind, we integrate a number of physical therapy related assessments and exercises within a gym environment and open your eyes to the future of movement without pain.

So we have surrounded ourselves with some truly outstanding therapists in their field to help us achieve the very best for our clients. What we feel we are good at is helping you determine exactly what it is that you might need.
